Fran’s Healing Journey
When Fran was 11, she experienced a major life threatening injury. It was during that time that she began to open up to her own inner guidance and TRUST her connection to source. Over the course of her lifetime she has come to believe we all have the ability to heal through life’s accidents, injuries and traumas if we learn how to listen and trust our own inner guidance. It has become her life’s’ work to help others identify the root cause of what stands in their way (be it physical, mental, spiritual or emotional) and empower them to learn how to connect and to trust their own guidance to facilitate personal healing. It is her ability to tap into Source and follow that guidance that makes what she does transformative.
Fran has over 20 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach, movement specialist, holistic health coach, and athlete. Throughout the years she has observed time and time again where unresolved emotions manifests as a physical ailment.
She utilizes her years of extensive health, spiritual healing and movement training and education along with her certifications in Functional Movement Systems and Z-Health Performance to promote sound movement patterns that also have neurological benefits. By using the nervous system to re-educate your body you can create fast improvements in pain relief, injury recovery, performance and mindset. This is truly a simple way to utilize the brain to fix the body.
Fran coached women’s high school and collegiate volleyball, a women’s semi-pro soccer team, and was the strength coach for the women’s basketball team at the University of Louisville.
She is certified in Spiritual and Medical Healing, The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing™, Personal Training, Functional Movement™,and in Essentials of Elite Performance with Z-Health. Her services include using each of these certifications in an integrated way to improve the lives of those who seek her guidance.
